GBH's Uppers & Downers series is bringing together some fantastic collaborators as part of Hopewell Brewing Co's soon-to-be-famous Monday Night Dinner series.
We'll be serving a couple experimental one-off coffee beers from Hopewell and Metric Coffee, and a dinner from Lula inspired by the theme of Uppers & Downers.

FIRST: ANTIPASTI
coppa with coffee oil and young mustard greens
so so many radishes, taleggio butter, seeded cracker
castelvetrano olives in celery salsa verde
baby turnips fermented in spent grains
SECOND: PRIMO
green garlic barley risotto with first harvest onions
THIRD: SECONDO
glazed pork shoulder with asparagus, scallion, swiss chard, and bagna cauda vinaigrette
(vegetarian option/ TBD: raviolini with spring peas, morels, artichoke)
FOURTH: DOLCI
Espresso budino with fig almond crumble
A portion of the ticket revenue will go to support Illinois Coalition for Immigrant and Refugee Rights.
