Tim Webb—respected beer writer and co-author of Good Beer Guide Belgium—attended the European Beer Bloggers and Writers Conference in Amsterdam this year. It was there where the discussion of the European definition of “craft” came up once again.
"You can't define the north," Webb said. "You can't define what's funny. You can't define success. And you can't define craft. That doesn't mean that those things don't exist."
